Personnel management
The planning & design resulted in a stage that catered for a diverse range of needs over the weekend of Dunolly. Specifically, the lightweight nature of the stage allowed ventilation & passing winds to cool down performers during the heat of the day, furthermore the shading allowed cooling & visually intriguing dappled light throughout the day.
After the festival there were some issues that arose with the management of roles throughout the festival. Namely, everyone chose roles without considering the weight of the relative responsibilities, time associated & communication between each role. As a result, further planning would be dedicated to personnel management for the next chapter of Dunolly
